TAC Consultancy provides senior commercial, procurement and strategic advisory support across infrastructure, energy, property and major projects.

I work directly with executives, project leaders and delivery teams on commercial strategy, procurement, governance, contract negotiation, tendering, disputes, project delivery advisory and interim commercial leadership engagements. Engagements are typically structured as project-based advisory, executive support, strategic commercial initiatives or ongoing retained advisory relationships.

Yes.

While most engagements are based in Australia, TAC Consultancy also supports select international opportunities where there is a strong strategic fit and clearly defined scope of work.

Depending on the engagement, support can be delivered remotely, on site, or through a hybrid model.

How do you charge?

Engagements are structured based on the nature of the work and client requirements.

Depending on the scope, I work on a day rate basis, fixed fee advisory arrangement, or ongoing monthly retainer for executive and commercial support.

Commercial arrangements are discussed transparently upfront and tailored to each engagement.
